I went to their gig in Auckland and it was amazing.

I snuck my camera in and took heaps of photos. I've got quite a few that I want to submit, so i'll stagger it over a few days rather than just bomb you all with a ton of photos.

Please remind me why after 5 years of college, I decided to go back for more....:stupidme:

P.S. I forgot what a tremendous pain in the ass group work is. Damn slackers. Don't get me wrong, I'm not anti-procrastination (I've perfected the art myself), but when others are depending on you, you better damn well step up to the plate...ya know what I mean?

P.P.S. Sorry for the mini-rant. How are you?

How are you darlin'?

It has been far, far, far too long. Your page must be in need of a good dousing of urine...

I'm okay. Starting the 11-month BS nursing program on Sept. 21st...was supposed to start this past Spring, but stuff happened and I needed to defer until the Fall term. I'm excited and anxious.

How are you? What have you been up to lately? Anything new & exciting going on in your life?

Oh wow, that's awesome (the nursing part, not the deferring stuff). I'm sure you're going to totally rock at it, and if anything it'll give you access to really cool paraphernalia for photos ;)

I haven't really been up to a hell of a lot. A lot of faffing (that's a kiwi-ism I hope you've heard before :P) about and living life really. Working at the same cafe still (3 years in November) and absolutely loving that to bits. Playing the single game too (though not particularly well haha). But other than that, cruising along.

My 30D is on it's last heartbeat basically, so i've done sweetFA in the photography department, though I took to learning the guitar instead ;)

Unfortunately, I needed to google 'faffing'...my capacious vocabulary does not encompass kiwi-isms. Fortunately, I just learned something new.

Sorry about your 30D, my condolences. The impending loss of a camera can be traumatic...but look on the bright side, now you'll have the excuse to upgrade to a newer, shinier model.

Playing the guitar? Seriously? You're just aiming for that walking embodiment of an artist cliche, aren't ya? Soon you'll be wearing all black while sporting a brooding demeanor and aimlessly waxing poetic about anything & everything. :P

I kid, I kid. That sounds pretty cool, actually. How's it coming along?

Back on the market, eh? Sorry things didn't work out. But the single life certainly has its advantages. Besides, I'm sure you'll be catching someone's eye soon enough. :)
